Is your neck movement restricted? Is it hard to turn? Is it hard to look up at the ceiling?
If you said yes to any of the above, your neck pain is most likely a result of a condition affecting the joints, muscles or tendons in your neck.
Does your pain spread? Pain can develop in the neck and may spread to your shoulder, down your arm to your fingers, up to the base of the skull and over your head. If a nerve is irritated, you may also experience pins and needles or numbness in parts of your arm or hand.

Does it hurt when you lie on it? Does it keep you awake at night? Is your pain localised to your shoulder or are you feeling it down your arm too?
Your shoulder is one of the most mobile joints in the body. However, this flexibility also means the surrounding muscles have to work perfectly, making it more susceptible to injury.
Some shoulder problems arise from the disruption of muscles, tendons, and ligaments as a result of injury or from overuse or underuse of the shoulder. Other problems arise from a degenerative process in which tissues break down and no longer function well.
The knee is one of the most responsive joints to physiotherapy treatment, allowing rapid improvement in your quality of life.
The key to improving knee pain is acting fast and focusing on your whole leg, making sure it's strong and stable to minimise irritative forces on the knee.
Leaving knee pain means that it will only escalate and your daily activities will become more restricted.
Do you suffer with a nagging burning pain in your elbow while typing on your computer at work? Can't grip anything without pain spiking down your arm?
Elbow pain can affect everyone and can severely impact the strength and dexterity of your hand, be it a specific achy pain or a tingling pain spreading down through your hand. If this is the case common causes can include tendon or nerve irritation.

I have been seeing George for just over a year. His modern treatment techniques have been transformational. He doesn’t prescribe treatment for treatments sake. Instead he shows you how you can help yourself longer term through exercise and maintain the gains that come about on the treatment table.
Being a Motocross rider being injured is a common occurance. George takes the time to understand the problem, delivers the treatment required, follows up with an exercise plan and always on hand for advise. He is excellent at what he does and with out a shadow of a doubt he keeps me on the track.
As a side note I am also very impressed with is Covid procedures. Very clean treatment rooms with every precaution you can think of being taken by George and his team.
I have been having appointments with George for a few months. The exercised and knowledge have been really helpful in helping through my problems which have had noticeable improvements. The treatments are for long term solutions not quick fixed which is great.
George is a scholar for all things to do with the anatomy and healing. He was confident and firm and helped my condition. The service is well organised and clean. Loving pain free for a few days is more than a god send and some advice I took with me will be passed on to others in need. Thank you George.
I would highly recommend George and am so grateful to him for getting me back ‘up and running’ so quickly. I really like the way he teaches you about your body at the same time as treating your body. It’s not just a ‘quick fix’; you are equipped with the knowledge to make the right choices going forward.
George is highly professional and really took the time to understand my injury and how this was affecting my everyday life. From the first session, he set to work to relieve the pain in my neck and shoulder, and the results were amazing.
