Cancellation Policy

We understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone's lives. In our desire to be effective and fair to all our clients, the following policies are honoured.

No Shows and Cancellations

Please understand that other clients may be competing for your appointment time. In order to be courteous to them and to me, please give us 24 hours' notice of cancellation. Except for an emergency situation, missing an appointment without proper notification will result in a £25 fee added to your account.

Rescheduling

If you need to reschedule an appointment within 24 hours you will forfeit the ability to cancel the rearrange appointment without a £25 fee charge, this will be at our discretion.

Late Arrivals

If you arrive late your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others who have appointments that follow yours. Depending on how late you arrive the physiotherapist will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment. Regardless of the length of treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the "full" session. Out of respect and consideration to your therapist and other clients, please plan accordingly and arrive on time.
