Max Ridler-Dutton
Musculoskeletal PhysiotherapistMax has joined the clinic as a Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist following completion of his Master's degree in Physiotherapy out of the University of Worcester. He also holds a Bachelor's degree in Biology at Cardiff University.
With a strong personal and professional interest in strength and conditioning, Max integrates exercise-based rehabilitation, education, and soft tissue therapy into his treatment approach to support effective recovery and long-term progression.

Matthew Day
GSR, Physical Rehabilitation TrainerMatthew has worked as a physical rehabilitation trainer for over 20 years, having qualified in Sports Rehabilitation from St Mary’s University Twickenham.
As a trainer he supports, trains and helps progress healing and functional rehabilitation through exercise and soft tissue manipulation and treatment. By working alongside physiotherapists we optimise recovery and maintain of health and function.
